The United States looks like THE team to beat headed into the gold medal game. That said, Marie-Philip Poulin is back from injury and single-handedly (or single-leggedly) lifted the Canadians past Switzerland to get to the gold medal game.
It’s hard to doubt a determined MPP, but this USA team might have too many lethal weapons for Poulin to take them down alone.
I don’t see Canada winning gold UNLESS MPP gets a lot more help offensively. Canada will also need to play the best defensive game of their Milano Cortina 2026 lives.
Those are simply my best guesses. Our Black Rosie Media team will go LIVE after the medal ceremony to break down the action.
